The High Plains Arts Collective spring event features exhibits and performances by local artists at Enchantment Vineyards (2102 East 3rd Street) in Portales. Art will be shown all five days, with performances on Friday and Saturday. Saturday afternoon will include an informal meet and greet with many of the artists. The event is free and open to the public at the following times:
